The term "INTELLISET", the Intelliset logo, and other marks and logos displayed at the Site or used in connection with (excluding marks and logos clearly identified as the property of third parties), are trademarks and service marks of Intelliset and may not be used without the express written permission of Intelliset. All other company, brand and product names displayed on this website are the property of, and may be trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Aspects of the Site and the Intelliset software applications that are demonstrated via the Site are protected by pending patents.

All content and materials included on this Site, including all text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, are the property of Intelliset or its content suppliers and protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. The content and materials on this Site may be used only as a resource by and for users who accept these Terms of Use. Copyright Infringement Policy

It is the policy of Intelliset to respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement, and to remove, or disable access, to infringing material. Applicable Law

The Site was created and is controlled by Intelliset in Malaysia. As such, the laws of the Malaysia will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that the Malaysia shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any and all disputes that arise from your use of the Site. The official language in these Terms of Use shall be English and shall be interpreted as to their fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. You acknowledge that any breach by you of the provisions of the Terms of Use will cause irreparable damage to Intelliset and that a remedy at law will be inadequate. Therefore, in addition to any and all other legal or equitable remedies, Intelliset and others will be entitled to injunctive relief for any breach of this Agreement. No delay or omission to exercise any right or remedy accruing to Intelliset upon any breach or default by you shall constitute a waiver by Intelliset of any breach or default

Severability & Survival

In the event that any of the provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any and all provisions or obligations contained in these Terms of Use which by their nature or effect are required or intended to be observed, kept or performed after termination of these Terms of Use will survive the termination of these Terms of Use and remain binding upon and for the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assignees.
